FALL 2026 - KDCA Garage Sale

September 24, 25 and 26  (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

Time:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

This garage sale will be held by the Kensington Downs Community Association during all 3 days (Sept. 24, 25 and 26).

The neighboring subdivisions of Lake Forest, Shannonside, and Kensington Downs East will be participating on Friday (Sept. 25) and Saturday (Sept. 26).

2026 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Members

Location: Georgetown Public Library

                (6600 East State Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN)

 

2026 ANNUAL MEETING

The KDCA Board of Directors will present their annual reports,

the KDCA annual budget for 2027 shall be adopted, an election of

Directos shall be held, and all such other business shall be transacted

 as may properly come before this meeting.

Special Meeting of the KDCA Board of Directors

Once the 2026 Annual Meeting of KDCA Members has officially adjourned, the currently elected and newly-elected members of the KDCA Board of Directors shall gather to hold a brief meeting for the purpose of determining a date and time for their next regular meeting of the KDCA Board of Directors. In accordance with the KDCA Bylaws, a regular meeting of the KDCA Board must be held within one (1) month from the November 11, 2026 KDCA Annual Meeting.
