May 9, 10 & 11   (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

Time:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

This garage sale will be held by the Kensington Downs Community Association (KDCA).  We expect that several of the neighborhood associations (subdivisions) surrounging Kensington Downs will be holding their garage sales during this same time period.

2024 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Membership

2024 ANNUAL MEETING - 

The KDCA Board of Directors will present their annual reports,

the KDCA annual budget for 2025 shall be adopted, an election of 

Directors shall be held, and all such other business shall be transacted

as may properly come before this meeting.
