SPRING 2025 - KDCA Garage Sale

June 5, 6 & 7  (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

Time:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

This garage sale will be held by the Kensington Downs Community Association. The neighboring subdivisions of Shannonside and Kensington Downs East will be participating on the same dates.

 

Please Note: We have changed the Spring Garage Sale dates for 2025.

In the past, we have held this event in early-May (just before Mother's Day), but this year we have moved the event to early-June. Hopefully, this date change will provide both the homeowner-vendors and the shoppers with warmer weather and less chance of rain.

2025 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Membership

2025 ANNUAL MEETING -

The KDCA Board of Directors will present their annual reports,

the KDCA annual budget for 2026 shall be adopted, an election of

Directors shall be held, and all such other business shall be transacted

as may properly come before this meeting.
