SPRING 2026 - KDCA Garage Sale

June 4, 5 & 6  (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

Time:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

This garage sale will be held by the Kensington Downs Community Association. The neighboring subdivisions of Shannonside and Kensington Downs East will be participating on the same dates.

The Lake Forest subdivision will also participate on Friday (June 5) and Saturday (June 6). This garage sale event will be advertised in the Fort Wayne newspapers.

The KDCA Board of Directors will present their annual reports,

the KDCA annual budget for 2027 shall be adopted, an election of

Directos shall be held, and all such other business shall be transacted

 as may properly come before this meeting.
