How to Find your "Covenant Document" (for KDCA homeowners)

As a KDCA homeowner, you should be familiar with the contents of your Restrictive Covenant.  This document spells out your rights, duties and obligations as the deed-holding owner of your specific "lot" in Kensington Downs.

The following will help each Kensington Downs homeowner identify their specific "covenant document".

Look at the following map (see posting at KD website) -

"Kensington Downs Home Lots by Covenant Sections"  

The are 235 lots in KDCA.  Once you have identified your lot #, you can determine which of the nine (9) different coventant sections contains your home lot.

Covenant Section I ............... Lots # 1 - 42

Covenant Section II .............. Lots # 43 - 84

Covenant Section III   .............   Lots # 85 - 130

Covenant Section IV   ............   Lots # 131 - 157

Covenant Section V   .............   Lots # 158 - 165

Covenant Section VI   ............   Lots # 166 - 183

Covenant Section VII   ...........   Lots # 184 - 215

Covenant Section VIII   ..........   Lots # 216 - 233

Covenant Section IX   ............   Lots # 234 - 235
