The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on November 11, 2026.

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Members will be held at the Georgetown Public Library on (Wednesday) November 11, 2026 at 6:30 PM. 

A packet containing annual meeting materials (e.g., agenda, financial report) and the 2026 ballot/ballot return envelope will be mailed in late-October 2026 to each KDCA member (homeowner). 

The packet will contain the following items:

1) the agenda for the 2026 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Members 

2) the 2026 financial report (as current as possible for fiscal year 2026)

3) the proposed budget for calendar year 2027

4) an official ballot, with instructions and an envelope for the proper filing of that ballot
