The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held on November 12, 2024.

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Members will be held at the Georgetown Public Library on (Tuesday) November 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM. 

A packet containing annual meeting materials (agenda and financial report) and the 2024 ballot/ballot return envelope will be mailed in late-October 2024 to each KDCA member (homeowner). 

The packet will contain the following items:

1) the agenda for the 2024 Annual Meeting of the KDCA Members 

2) the 2024 financial report (current through mid-October 2024)

3) the proposed budget for calendar year 2025

4) an official ballot, with instructions and an envelope for the proper filing of that ballot
