All KDCA Homeowners are required to submit a HARDCOPY* of their "Request for Approval of Proposed Lot Improvement(s)" form to the Chairman of the KDCA Architectural Control & Review Committee.

* Electronic submission of any/all Architectectural Control & Review applications
